Withdrawals can be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Indonesian bank account in your name. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Most withdrawals are processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB), though some requests may take up to 24 hours for security review. Your first withdrawal may require identity verification (KYC) and can take 24-48 hours to process.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method in your registered name only. h5b8 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns.
While h5b8 strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, processing times may be affected by payment provider limitations, security checks, public holidays (including Indonesian national holidays such as Independence Day, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Christmas), and banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside of WIB banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

For football betting (bandar bola), including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other leagues, bets are settled based on official results after the final whistle of regular time unless otherwise stated. Asian handicap (voor), over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), 1X2, and other bet types each have specific settlement rules published on our platform.
Live in-play betting is available for selected matches. Odds are updated in real-time based on match events. h5b8 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, reject bets, or void bets in cases of technical errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting patterns.
